Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Jus Hindi | JusOneIndia platform. By accessing, browsing, or using our website www.jushindi.com, mobile applications, or associated digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Jus Hindi | JusOneIndia (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems to access, copy, or extract data
  • Post false, defamatory, misleading, abusive, or harmful content

  1. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Platform:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. User-Generated Content

By submitting comments, story tips, letters, media files, or other content, you grant Jus Hindi | JusOneIndia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, publish, reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, and display such content across our platforms and affiliated channels.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The content is original or you have necessary rights and permissions
  • The content does not infringe intellectual property or other rights
  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content at our sole discretion.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, images, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, design elements, and source code — is the intellectual property of Jus Hindi | JusOneIndia or its licensors.

Such content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

  1. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, or embedded content (including social media platforms and video services).

We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their accuracy, privacy practices, or services. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

  1. Advertising and Sponsored Content

The Platform may display advertisements, sponsored content, or affiliate links.

Advertising relationships do not influence our editorial independence. We are not responsible for the claims, representations, or offers made by advertisers.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jus Hindi | JusOneIndia, its directors, editors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Platform
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
